These self catering cottages lie outside the main estate in front of the Home Farm and are only 50 yards from the River Oude, by the bridge leading to the front gates of the estate. This large stone building comprises the three cottages and has a large shared rear garden.

Access to this cottage is from the Home Farm Lane. The front door leads directly into the kitchen/dining room with views out on to the main garden facing south. A partially open staircase leads from the light airy sitting room upstairs to a double bedroom; two twin bedrooms; bathroom; shower room.

Farm Cottage 1 is suitable for 6 (8) self catering persons.
