This single storey self catering cottage was formally the old potting shed at Melfort, more recently the Estate Office! It is situated in a secluded position in its own garden ground. The front door from the parking area leads into a long hallway with all rooms opening off.

There is a small shower room; large kitchen/dining area; light, well-appointed sitting room with open fire and views over the gardens and estate; generous double bedroom; spacious twin bedroom and small bathroom.

Garden Cottage is suitable for 4 (6) self catering persons.
