This single bedroomed building is at the north gable end of Melfort Lodge and shares a large triangle of garden.

The front door is at the rear of the building, entered from the old stable yard which has been landscaped into a quadrangle garden flanked on the other two sides by the Stables and Haybarn Cottages.

A small hallway leads to a large sitting room with a woodburning stove; compact kitchen overlooking the garden; staircase to the upper floor where there is spacious twin bedroom and bathroom.

Melfort Cottage is suitable for 2 (4) self catering persons.
