There is ample car parking space behind the Walled Garden for each cottage, with visitors car parking provided immediately outside the garden gates. Within the centre of the building is a small leisure area which incorporates a sauna and games room with table tennis and snooker - there is also a small laundry and communal deep freeze.

Access to each cottage is from the rear of the building, through the hall which has a drying/storage area. Leading from the hall is the open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen, and the master bedroom with double bed. The luxurious bathroom houses a corner bath and walk-in shower. A staircase leads to the mezzanine balcony/games area and first floor twin bedroom.

Each cottage opens out onto its own private patio.

The Mews Flat is situated on the first floor of the central building in the Walled Garden. Access is from the rear of the cottage into a ground floor hall/cloakroom with a staircase leading to the first floor accommodation. Upstairs there is a double bedroom at the rear with views onto the hill behind, a small twin-bedded room and a spacious bathroom with combined bath and shower.

The open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen occupies the front of the flat and affords magnificent views over Loch Melfort.
