Flexi-stay Frequently Asked Questions
All Flexi-Stay and Flexi-Stay+ guests will be provided with a booking request link to make booking enquiries.
When you have given us your preferred dates, our team will select one of our comfortable 2-bedroom
cottages for you. If you want to select your cottage from the list available, there is a charge of £25 for this
on the Flexi-Stay Plan or you can select your cottage for no additional charge on our Flexi-Stay + Plan.
No, unused days cannot be rolled over.
Subject to availability you can pay to upgrade to a 3-bedroom cottage. The charge for this is £50.
Yes, we allow 2 pets per property, and we make a small charge of £5 per pet, per night.
WHAT IS
Flexi-Stays+ costs slightly more per month but gives you the option to choose your preferred cottage for
free, stay at weekends with no supplements, and enjoy early access to your cottage from 3pm!
You can cancel with 3 months notice and as long as you’ve not used more nights than you’ve paid for,
there’s nothing to pay, outside the notice period.
